About Student Edge Painting
Thank you for your interest in Student Edge Painting, a division of Future Entrepreneurs of America. Our mission is to provide university and college students with an opportunity to gain real life business experience while earning tuition money, and to deliver quality service to our customers. Student Edge has supported hundreds of students in its program and has painted close to 5000 homes in the Pacific Northwest.
Our organization evolved as a necessary response to a shortage of meaningful summer jobs for students. A few students took matters into their own hands by successfully running their own painting company over the summer. This has developed into a professional painting network, which employs hundreds of managers and painters each year.
The reason for our success can be summed up in one word: COMMITMENT. This starts with the recruiting process where commitment means hiring the best individuals for each branch. Our managers then undergo an intensive training program in the spring, consisting of the technical aspects of running a painting business. This training continues throughout their production season with a proven and readily available support and guidance network.

• Last year over 97% of our clients said they would use us in the future. Compared to the industry average this is extremely high. We are very proud of this success and continually strive to improve upon it.
• We offer a Three Year Written Guarantee against paint failures due to application. This excludes extraordinary damage to painted surfaces. i.e. fire, smoke, water leakage, etc.
• We have $2,000,000 Liability Insurance Coverage in case of an accident. Although this is essential for the protection of the customer many contractors do not have this coverage.
• We have full Workers’ Compensation Coverage for all painters on the job site.
