Crew Chief
Both rookie and veteran painters are needed to be a part of our successful student painting teams. You'll get a suntan, stay in shape, and be compensated with an adjusted hourly wage between minimum wage and $12.00 (depending on area and experience). You can increase your effective wage rate through taking advantage of the SWP piece rate system. Some painters through the piece rate system have averaged upwards of $20.00 per hour. Ask your interviewer for more details. Weather permitting, we use a 40 hour work week.
Crew Leaders provide basic leadership and are the on-the-job supervisors. You will be compensated with an adjusted hourly wage of between $8.00 and $12.00. Access to a vehicle and painting experience are essential. You'll be the front line between the manager and the client.
You will learn many valuable skills including:
• client relations
• time management
• problem solving skills
NOTE TO PAINTERS - No experience is necessary for exterior or interior painting positions (various levels of training are involved).
