Q. Can I lose money by participating in this program?
A. No. With Student Edge you are not running a franchise business. You are an employee operating as an
outside sales agent working for Student Edge Painting. Therefore, all liability is assumed by the company.
Q. How do I purchase painting equipment?
A line of credit is established for the student at Sherwin Williams.
Q. How do I pay my employees?
A. Student Edge provides a payroll service in order to pay the managers as well as their employees.
Q. Do I need a vehicle?
A. Yes, you will need part-time access to a vehicle by the end of February and full time access by the start of
summer break. Roof racks are also essential at the start of summer.
Q. What happens if one of my workers gets hurt on the job?
A. All liability is on the company. We have 2 million in liability insurance as well as Full Workers
Compensation.
