Events
We believe that hard work deserves recognition. We want people to feel rewarded when they have done a good job, therefore we offer incentives and events to Painters, Branch Managers and District Managers for reaching goals, short and long term. Some of our events include bowling, go-karting, softball tournament and BBQ, paintball, laser tag, white water rafting, and our end-of-year awards banquet during a weekend getaway to Canada. Our final big event is a trip to Mexico that rewards our top managers.
