Events
At Student Edge and Future Entrepreneurs of America, we believe in rewarding people for hitting both short and long term goals. We have both Branch and District Manager sponsored prizes, events and incentives. Some of our events throughout the summer include paintball, beach volleyball, white water rafting, a scavenger hunt and a year end awards banquet and dinner. The final big event of the summer is our incentive trip to Mexico for those people who have hit certain production targets.
Mexico
For the past six years, Student Edge Painting has been proud to offer exceptional Managers within our organization the Mexico Incentive Trip. Literally hundreds of the best Managers in North America have been awarded the trip by producing excellent results within their territory. Any manager who produces at or above the preset mark prior to the end of our production season will get a free, all-inclusive vacation with the other qualifying managers from Washington State. This is always a great time for everyone, and is an excellent way to un-wind after a summer of hard work. Hope to see you there!
