Potential Earnings!
During the preseason (March-May) OSAs are guaranteed $15/estimate. OSA’s are guaranteed a minimum gross commission of 5% on all produced jobs during the summer when school is not in session. The average commission earned in 2010 was 20% on total sales.
Additional bonuses are rewarded to OSAs during the summer upon achieving certain sales targets:
$60,000 = President’s Trip to Mexico, $70,000 = $700 bonus, $80,000 = $800 bonus, $90,000 = $900 bonus, $100,000 = $1,000 bonus, every additional $10,000 in sales beyond $100,000 earns another $1,000 bonus. All bonuses are cumulative.
